Community Health Initiatives

Presbyterian is committed to improving access to healthcare, behavioral health, healthy food, opportunities for exercise, and provide resources based on various social determinants of health. We do this by conducting community health assessments so we can identify the priority health issues facing each of our communities.Lincoln County Medical Center partnered with the Lincoln County Community Health Council to complete a community health assessment and identify community health needs.
